Questions
- What happens to my codes if I cancel Pro?
- They keep working. Every dynamic code you made keeps redirecting to its last destination, forever. You can still sign in, see scan stats and download your codes. You just cannot create new ones or change destinations until you subscribe again.
- What if my card payment fails?
- Your codes keep working. We never switch a code off because of billing. Editing pauses until the payment is fixed.
- Is there anything that stops a code?
- Only two things: you delete the code (or your whole account), or we disable it because it breaks our rules, for example by pointing to phishing or malware.
- What is the difference between a static and a dynamic code?
- A static code stores your link in the pattern itself, so it can never change and never needs us. A dynamic code stores a short link to our server, which forwards scans to your destination. That lets you change the destination after printing and count scans.
- Do you track the people who scan my codes?
- We count scans by day, country, city, device type, operating system and browser. We do not store IP addresses or anything that identifies a person.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, in one click from your account page. Your codes keep working after you cancel.
